As a Lead Validator with over 10 years of experience in Navy Risk Management Framework (RMF), I've seen firsthand how proper training can dramatically improve authorization outcomes. Our RMF Training Program at Falconwood has helped teams reduce their authorization timeline from 9 months to just 6 months – a significant achievement in the complex world of cybersecurity compliance.

The secret to our success? A comprehensive, hands-on approach that combines real-world expertise with practical application. Our training doesn't just teach theory; we use actual or simulated eMASS package instances to ensure participants gain experience with current tools and processes they'll use daily.

What sets our program apart is the depth of expertise behind it. Our team of 10 Validators has processed over 400 RMF Afloat and Ashore packages, maintaining a 96% average performance rating on packages we validate. This experience translates directly into actionable insights for our trainees, helping them understand not just the "what" but the "why" behind successful RMF implementations.

The results speak for themselves. Organizations that complete our training consistently report significant cost savings through reduced processing time, fewer package returns, and increased self-sufficiency. As one attendee noted, "I was extremely impressed with the training provided during the ISSE training. I look forward to sending additional individuals from my command to future training." With a student satisfaction rate above 95% the value of this program speaks for itself.

Our curriculum covers everything from building high-quality RMF packages to maintaining continuous monitoring after achieving Authorization to Operate (ATO). We've developed proprietary procedures and checklists that have proven so effective that external stakeholders have adopted them as standard practice. Additionally, the support does not end with the training session as we have communications channels available to all trainees to ensure continued support.

Perhaps most importantly, we're not just trainers – we're active practitioners. Our team consists of certified Information Security Professionals who understand the latest technologies and tools, ensuring our training remains current and practical.

Looking to improve your organization's RMF processes and reduce authorization timelines? Our proven training program, might be exactly what you need. The cybersecurity landscape is constantly evolving, but with proper training, your team can stay ahead of the curve and maintain robust security postures efficiently.
